Scoop 1/3 cup mix
Add 1/2 to 2/3 cup of water depending on preferred texture
Add 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
For maximum creaminess, replace with 2 tbsp tahini and 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Use a fork, whisk or blender to mix it up!

I am grateful there is an instant hummus that is yummy for my tummy! Lots of spice, which I love! Easy, vegan, and happy meal in a pinch or away from home. Stay away from the big brands with bad aftertaste and bloating! I tried those for years, to my regret. Excited to try the garlic flavor next.
The spicy harissa is my favorite flavor. Really appreciate I can make as little or as much as I need and keep the rest in my pantry until I want more hummus. The pouch makes a surprisingly large amount of hummus.
