OUR STORY
We think there is an easier way to have better hummus. So we made Prest, a shelf-stable, powdered hummus mix that you just add water and olive oil to so you can have fresh, creamy hummus anytime you want it, and avoid wasting what you forget to eat. Brian fell in love with hummus when he first tried a truly traditional recipe, and growing up in rural South Carolina, it just wasn't a thing. After that first taste, he just couldn't quite get the same homemade goodness from store-bought tubs, so he created Prest. He landed on powdered hummus with no oil included because this extends the shelf-life and also allows you to add the oil of your choice.
