We think there is an easier way to have better hummus. So we made Prest, a shelf-stable, powdered hummus mix that you just add water and extra virgin olive oil to so you can have fresh hummus anytime you want it, and avoid wasting what you forget to eat. Brian created Prest because he loves hummus and has never quite found the same delicious, creaminess of homemade hummus in a store-bought option. He landed on powdered hummus with no oil included because this allows the product to last longer while also letting you add the oil of your choice.
